Subject: [PATCH] dnet: Dave DNET ethernet controller driver
Driver for Dave DNET ethernet controller found on Dave/DENX QongEVB-LITE
FPGA. Heavily based on Dave sources, I've just adopted it to current
kernel version and done some code cleanup.
