Subject: [PATCH] net: ALIGN/PTR_ALIGN cleanup in alloc_netdev_mq()/netdev_priv()

Use ALIGN() and PTR_ALIGN() macros instead of handcoding them.

Get rid of NETDEV_ALIGN_CONST ugly define
