Changes since PATCH v1:
- Moved files out of directory 'generic'
- Removed linked list code.
- Added CAIF debug service.
- Removed use of glue code.
CAIF generic protocol implementation. This layer is
somewhat generic in order to be able to use and test it outside
the Linux Kernel.
