Subject: [PATCH net-next-2.6 v3 09/12] net-caif: add CAIF netdevice

From: Sjur Braendeland <sjur.brandeland@...ricsson.com>

Changes from PATCHv2:
- Use socket address types when creating channels.

Adding GPRS Net Device for PDP Contexts.
The device can be managed by IOCTLs defined in if_caif.h and
RTNL.
