Subject: [RFC PATCH 1/2] netdev: add tracepoint to dev_hard_start_xmit, consume_skb
 and dev_kfree_skb_irq

This patch adds tracepoint to dev_hard_start_xmit, consume_skb and
dev_kfree_skb_irq to monitor tx-packets in device.
