Simple way:
   Use SIOCGIFCONF to get list of interfaces
   Use SIOCGIFHWADDR to read device addresss

If you want to handle the case where device address is set
by bonding or other protocols, use ETHTOOL_GPERMADDR to read
the original ethernet address.
