Okay, but lets extend the story:

	clock_getttime(fd, ...);

	clock_settime(fd, ...);

	timer_create(fd, ...);

Can you agree to that as well?

(We would need to ensure that 'fd' avoids the range 0 to MAX_CLOCKS).
