Subject: [PATCH net-2.6 1/5] bnx2x: Don't prevent RSS configuration in
 INT#x and MSI interrupt modes.

Don't prevent RSS configuration in INT#x and MSI interrupt modes. Otherwise
Rx hash key won't be available.
