the device in question is (as lspci told)
Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL-8110SC/8169SC Gigabit
Ethernet (rev 10)

handled by kernel module r8169.

I also tried to set up the vlan on the bridge. like br0.3. but that did not work.
