Subject: [PATCH 1/2] ath6kl: Remove __func__ uses from ath6kl_dbg

Make the ath6kl_dbg uses consistly _not_ use __func__.
Add __func__ to #define ath6kl_dbg.

Remove __func__ from single ath6kl_err.
