Subject: [PATCH 06/45] bna: Use DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE and Print Driver Version
Change details:
- Use DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE in place of struct pci_device_id
- Print the dirver version when module is loaded
