Subject: [net-next v2 24/71] bmac/mace/macmace/mac89x0/cs89x0: Move the Macintosh (Apple) drivers
Move the Apple drivers into driver/net/ethernet/apple/ and make the
necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.
