Subject: [PATCH next 0/7] Pull request for 'davem-next.misc' branch (#2)

Please pull from branch 'davem-next.misc' in repository

git://violet.fr.zoreil.com/romieu/linux davem-next.misc

to get the changes below.

Since first request:
- silence __devinit annotations warnings (bnx2)
- removed spurious eol space from modified line (iphase)

Original request:
I have tested (and fixed) the iphase driver changes with a pair of
back-to-back oc3 cards. The bnx2 firmware changes have been rebased
against -next as suggested by Michael Chan.
