Subject: [RFC] iproute2: add br command
This adds a new 'br' command which is the bridging equivalent of
the ip command. More of a demo of how to use netlink and bridging
at this point.

+The set of possible actions depends on the object type.
+As a rule, it is possible to

+) objects, but some objects do not allow all of these operations
+or have some additional commands. The

+command is available for all objects. It prints
+out a list of available commands and argument syntax conventions.

+

+objects contain known ethernet addresses fona link.
