Only CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE and CONFIG_TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_ALWAYS.

I've increased LOG_BUF_SHIFT to 18, because it looks like the beginning
of the SLUB_DEBUG output was cut off last time.
