Subject: [PATCH net V1] mlx4_core: remove buggy sched_queue masking

Fixes a bug introduced by commit fe9a2603c, where the priority bits
in the schedule queue field were masked out.

Diff from V0:
removed the port assignment, it was only used to determine the port type
and then to decide whether to do the masking or not.
