Subject: [PATCH net-next 4/5] drivers/net/ethernet: Fix (nearly-)kernel-doc
comments for various functions
Fix incorrect start markers, wrapped summary lines, missing section
breaks, incorrect separators, and some name mismatches. Delete
a few that are content-free.
