Chen Gang reports:
the length of nla_data(cda[CTA_TIMEOUT_NAME]) is not limited in server side.
And indeed, its used to strcpy to a fixed-sized buffer.
Fortunately, nfnetlink users need CAP_NET_ADMIN.
