Subject: [PATCH net-next 06/19] ipvs: convert lblcr scheduler to rcu

The schedule method now needs _rcu list-traversal
primitive for svc->destinations. The read_lock for sched_lock is
removed. The set.lock is removed because now it is used in
rare cases, mostly under sched_lock.
