Subject: [PATCH net-next] cdc_ncm: return -ENOMEM if kzalloc fails

return -ENOMEM instead if kzalloc of cdc_ncm_ctx structure is failed.

and also remove the comparision of ctx structure with NULL and make
it as !ctx.
