Subject: [PATCH v2 4/4] net: phy: realtek: cleanup code

This patch cleans up the drivers code by:

- using a consistent way to reference functions
- removing unused macro-definitions
- removing unnecessary new-lines
- making ack_interrupt functions shorter.
