For the first we thought that allocating a variable size array on the
stack was bad practice which could lead to a stack overflow. The default
is safe but can be overridden by a module parameter.
The other renames the module parameter which we thought was useful for
consistency between newer kernels and the stable branches.

The last one prevents the network stack from handing us frames which we
cannot possibly fit into the Xen PV wire format and therefore would be
obliged to drop -- this was causing packet loss in real use.
I originally thought the other three we useful precursors which made the
backport of the last one easier, but looking at it again I don't think
this is actually the case -- there should only be a small amount of
trivial to resolve rejects due to the frags->slots renaming. Sorry for
getting this wrong.
