Subject: [RFC PATCH net-next] net: Include phys_port identifier in the
 RTM_NEWLINK message

This patch adds a new netlink attribute 'IFLA_PHYS_PORT' to identify
the 'phys_port' identifier and includes the 'phys_port' identifier
in the RTM_NEWLINK message.
