Subject: [PATCH] smsc: replace IS_ERR and PTR_ERR with PTR_ERR_OR_ZERO

This patch fixes coccinelle error regarding usage of IS_ERR and
PTR_ERR instead of PTR_ERR_OR_ZERO.
