I'm using 3.10.19 + this patchset from v3.12 (commit
b8bde1c4f94908ce8e3c0434fb369a00e9217497

The problem is simply that the network cards and also the bonds do not
seem to know about the bridge on top so they just drop the vlan tagged
packages.
