Subject: [PATCH v2 IPROUTE] ip: Add HSR support
Add basic support for High-Availability Seamless Redundancy (HSR) network
devices.

This should now apply to iproute master. It's identical to v1, except it
doesn't have the change to include/linux/if_link.h (which now seems to
have propagated from the kernel tree).
