Subject: [PATCH net-next v5 06/10] net: bcmgenet: add main driver file

This patch adds the BCMGENET main driver file which supports the
following:

- GENET hardware from V1 to V4
- support for reading the UniMAC MIB counters statistics
- support for the 5 transmit queues
- support for RX/TX checksum offload and SG

Signed-off-by: Florian Fainelli <f.fainelli@...il.com>
---
Changes in v5:
 -respin due to the CONFIG_Of dependency fix

Changes in v4:
- respin do the Kconfig dependency fix

Changes since v2:
- fixed stylistic issues spotted by Francois Romieu (xmas tree etc...)
- updated bcmgenet_dma_teardown() to also disable the TDMA engine
- removed WIP Wake-on-LAN code
- use of_device_id auxiliary data to get the GENET version
- fixed comment about disabling the GENET main clock
- changed unsigned int types to bool for desc_64b_en, rxhck_en etc...
- use phy_is_internal() where appropriate
- remove bh_lock use

Changes since v1:
- use module_platform_driver boilerplate macro
- renamed bcmgenet_plat_drv to bcmgenet_driver
- renamed bcmgenet_drv_{probe,remove} to bcmgenet_{probe,remove}
- removed priv->phy_type usage and use priv->phy_interface which
  contains the exact same value
- removed debug module parameters, unused
- added MODULDE_{AUTHOR,ALIAS,DESCRIPTION} macros
- remove hardcoded queue index check in bcmgenet_xmit
