Subject: [PATCH v2] net: Micrel KSZ8864RMN 4-port managed switch support

This patch adds support for the Micrel KSZ8864RMN switch to the spi_ks8995
driver. The KSZ8864RMN switch has a wider 256-byte register space.

Signed-off-by: Philipp Zabel <p.zabel@...gutronix.de>

Changes since v1:
 - Store a copy of ks8995_registers_attr in the struct ks8995_switch to
avoid problems in the theoretical case of a board with both KS8995MA
   and KSZ8864RMN switches.
 - Make ks8995_registers_attr const.
 - Use %x instead of %01x in dev_info.
