Subject: [RFC net-next 09/11] net: dsa: add Broadcom SF2 switch driver
Add basic support for the Broadcom Starfigther 2 switch chip using a DSA
driver. For now we just do the basic initialization to put the switch
into a forwarding mode as well as allowing reading its per-port MIB
counters.
