Subject: [PATCH net-next 8/8] be2net: enable PCIe error reporting on VFs too

From: Kalesh AP <kalesh.purayil@...lex.com>

Currently PCIe error reporting is enabled only on PFs. This patch enables
this feature on VFs too as Lancer VFs support it.
