Subject: [PATCH] ixgbe: delete one duplicate marcro definition of IXGBE_MAX_L2A_QUEUES

There is typo in ixgbe.h, two marcro definition of IXGBE_MAX_L2A_QUEUES to 4,
delete one, clear the compiler warning.
