Strange I see only 2 drivers here, and no Intel ones :

# git grep -l dma_wmb drivers/net
drivers/net/ethernet/amd/xgbe/xgbe-dev.c
drivers/net/ethernet/realtek/r8169.c

I probably missed something ;)
