Subject: [PATCH net-next v6 1/2] pci: Add Cavium PCI vendor id

This vendor id will be used by network (vNIC), USB (xHCI),
SATA (AHCI), GPIO, I2C, MMC and maybe other drivers
for ThunderX SoC.
