Subject: [PATCH 2/3][RESEND] powerpc: dts: p1022si: Add fsl,wake-on-filer for eTSEC

Enable the "wake-on-filer" (aka. wake on user defined packet)
wake on lan capability for the eTSEC ethernet nodes.
