Subject: [PATCH v4 net-next 05/10] qede: Add basic network device support

From: Sudarsana Kalluru <Sudarsana.Kalluru@...gic.com>

This patch includes the basic Rx/Tx support for the driver [although
carrier will still never be turned on].
Following this patch the driver registers a network device, initializes
it and prepares it for traffic.
