Subject: [PATCH/RFC net-next] ravb: Add dma queue interrupt support

This patch supports the following interrupts.

- One interrupt for multiple (descriptor, error, management)
- One interrupt for emac
- Four interrupts for dma queue (best effort rx/tx, network control rx/tx)
