Thanks for explaining; apologies.  I was following the instructions in
"Documentation/SubmittingPatches".

Is the cadence described in "Documentation/networking/netdev-FAQ.txt"
accurate and sufficient?  (netdev is much too high-volume for me,
unfortunately.)
