Subject: [PATCH net-next 2/2] intel: ixgbevf: Support Windows hosts (Hyper-V)
On Hyper-V, the VF/PF communication is a via software mediated path
as opposed to the hardware mailbox. Make the necessary
adjustments to support Hyper-V.
