Subject: [PATCH] net: atm: remove redundant null pointer check on dev->name

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@...onical.com>

dev->name is a char array of IFNAMSIZ elements, hence can never be
null, so the null pointer check is redundant. Remove it.
