Subject: [PATCH rdma-next V2 24/27] RDMA/netink: Export lids and sm_lids

From: Leon Romanovsky <leonro@...lanox.com>

According to the IB specification, the LID and SM_LID
are 16-bit wide, but to support OmniPath users, export
it as 32-bit value from the beginning.
