 traffic on one vlan

Hi


Wondering why there is such a big difference when testing forwarding 
host with forwarding traffic on vlan and without vlan.

Kernel used: 4.12.4

UDP stream ~10Mpps - random destination from network 172.16.0.0/12 + 
random udp port


Forwarding performance with 8x RSS queues (no vlan on TX device enp216s0f1)
