Subject: [net-next PATCH] bpf: cpumap micro-optimization in cpu_map_enqueue
Discovered that the compiler laid-out asm code in suboptimal way
when studying perf report during benchmarking of cpumap. Help
the compiler by the marking unlikely code paths.
