This hasn't occurred in a long time (last crash was Oct 21) so it presumably was
fixed around then -- I'm thinking maybe by 1cc276cec9ec ("sctp: add the missing
sock_owned_by_user check in sctp_icmp_redirect").  I'll just invalidate the bug:
