Subject: [PATCH net-next v2 15/16] l2tp: remove unwanted error message

If when creating a new tunnel, the indicated fd is closed by another
thread, we emit an error message about it. e.g.

  l2tp_core: tunl 4: sockfd_lookup(fd=3) returned -9

It's not useful so remove it.
