Subject: [PATCH 4/4] drivers/net: Use octal not symbolic permissions

Prefer the direct use of octal for permissions.

Done with checkpatch -f --types=SYMBOLIC_PERMS --fix-inplace
and some typing.

Miscellanea:

o Whitespace neatening around these conversions.
