Subject: [PATCH] net: phy: mdio-gpio: Cut surplus includes

The GPIO MDIO driver now needs only <linux/gpio/consumer.h>
so cut the legacy <linux/gpio.h> and <linux/of_gpio.h>
includes that are no longer used.
