Subject: [PATCH bpf-next 2/8] tools: libbpf: add section names for missing program types

Specify default section names for BPF_PROG_TYPE_LIRC_MODE2
and BPF_PROG_TYPE_LWT_SEG6LOCAL, these are the only two
missing right now.
