Subject: [PATCH] can: ucan: remove redundant pointer 'udev'

Pointer 'udev' is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.
Cleans up clang warning:
variable 'udev' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
