Subject: [PATCH iproute2 2/7] tests: Use /bin/sh shebang

Bashisms for both tests were removed in ecd44e68 ("tests: Remove
bashisms (s/source/.)"), so no need to use bash shebang.

+ remove trailing whitespace.
