Subject: [PATCH] tags: Fix DEFINE_PER_CPU expansion

Building tags produces warning:
 ctags: Warning: kernel/bpf/local_storage.c:10: null expansion of name pattern "\1"

Let's use the same fix as in commit <25528213fe9f75f4>, even though it
violates the usual code style.
